  The BSV Eishockey team will be hosting its spring session of pick up games at the Canton Ice House on Tuesday evenings from 3/11 through 4/29.

  Join us on Friday, March 14th, for one of the BSV's longest-standing traditions: Herrenabend (men's night)! Guest chef Richard Yanco will serve Beef Bourguignon (beef stew in red wine sauce, with onions, mushrooms, and bacon) with Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans, and dessert will be "Pain au Chocolat" (pastry).

  Meal tickets are required to dine and will be $22 per guest. Tickets will be capped at 50 and are available to members and the public. 

  Guests are still welcome to attend Herrenabend for drinks if they have not purchased a dinner ticket.

  Dr. Knut Niss and Amy Elizabeth will demonstrate and you will learn how to make everything from scratch for a traditional German dinner and you will taste each at the end of the class.

  Rouladen, potato Kloẞe (dumplings), gravy and Apfel Strudel with Vanilla Sauce

  This event is limited to 10 adults.
