Welcome BSV Members & Friends
Dr. Knut Niss and Amy Elizabeth will be teaching how to make 3 different cookies from scratch (Gluten Free Cookies, No wheat flour will be used in this class). Dress comfortably with hair tied back and please bring an apron and containers to bring home cookies. You will each get a nice folder with recipes to keep. We will have some time at the end of class for coffee and to taste our bakes. This event is limited to 10 adults. Registration is for BSV members and guests only. Cost: $45 per adult to cover materials. Cookies: Kokosmacron, Vanilla Kipferl, and Zimtstern

New this year is AdventKaffee. For the Second, Third and Fourth Sundays of Advent, we will have coffee, tea and a selection of desserts from 2—5pm in the Ratskellar. The $5 ticket price includes a warm beverage and the bar will also be open. It is a new event to gather and share a classic German holiday tradition. The tickets are to ensure a seat in the Ratskellar.

BSV Hockey Winter 2026 Registration
The BSV Eishockey team will be hosting its spring session of pick up games at the Canton Ice House on Tuesday evenings from January 6 through March 24.
Due to demand, registration is currently only available to returning players.
