Dr. Knut Niss and Amy Elizabeth will be teaching how to make 3 different cookies from scratch (Gluten Free Cookies, No wheat flour will be used in this class). 

Dress comfortably with hair tied back and please bring an apron and containers to bring home cookies. You will each get a nice folder with recipes to keep. 

We will have some time at the end of class for coffee and to taste our bakes. 

This event is limited to 10 adults.

Registration is for BSV members and guests only.

Cost: $45 per adult to cover materials.
