Dr. Knut Niss and Amy Elizabeth will demonstrate how to make three kinds of traditional German breads and you will taste each at the end of the class.
Dress comfortably with hair tied back and please bring an apron. Allergy notice: we will be using rye, einkorn, spelt, whole wheat flours, flax and sunflowers seeds. This event is limited to 10 adults, and the registration is currently only available to BSV members. If space remains two weeks prior to the event, registration will be opened to the general public. Cost: $40 per adult to cover materials.
